The host and her family are great. Very nice and helpful people. Felt more like visiting friends than staying at a b&b. Great location near the lake. Good breakfast, limited amounts but we could ask for more - I like this strategy better than throwing away leftovers. Overall great place to stay at.

This was our second visit to this appartment and this will be our go to place for future visits. We visit Spittal to connect with our relatives. The location is super, on the main town's main street and easy walking distance to the Railway station, even dragging luggage behind us.. It's clean and the contact with the management is good.

We liked that the hotel was out of the town in a very peaceful place, still close to the ski slopes. The room was spacious, quiet and the bed was really comfortable. We booked the accommodation with half-board, and we were treated like a king. We were really satisfied with the varied breakfast, while dinner exceeded all our expectations: a four-course dinner was served , with very tasty, varied food, you could choose from 3 main courses, vegetarian option included. We were amazed by the way food was served, and were also happy to try local food. The portions were exceptionally big as well. We also liked the " private" sauna sessions. Hotel Landhof Simeter was a brilliant place to relax during our skiing holiday. We got everything that made the day after skiing perfect. We are absolutely grateful to the staff.

It is a perfect location for cycling along Drau and also for visiting the lakes. The region offers so many different sports options,that 1 week was not enough. The appartment is very new,warm,perfectly equipt,clean and comfortable - feels like home. Has a lovely view and a peaceful feeling for a real relaxation. The owners are very nice,too,and very flexible about arrival time,which is most appreciated.
