Located in a beautiful setting with a view of the mountains. Only 5 mins walk from the famous church in Theth, and about 15 mins walk from the Theth - Valbona hiking trail. Hosts were incredibly kind, helpful and attentive. The room was very clean with all essentials. Breakfast and dinner were to die for!

The owners are gem of the people. The property is also in a beautiful location , nearby to the waterfall if you like to hike. Food they serve is absolutely delicious, as a vegetarian. Would recommend anyone who are visiting Theth.

The young people running this place are wonderful! Our host spoke impeccable English and was also our chef - the food was the best we have tried in Albania, both for dinner and breakfast. The houses are brand new and very stylish. Wish we could stay longer.

Alex and his family gave us an amazing host there. Breakfast and dinner were just amazing and the room was very clean and confortable. Nice hot water and lots of blankets to avoid night cold. They have a nice place to be with a heater for chating and have some coffe or beers.

Very clean rooms, lovely location just out of Theth (20 min away by foot) but perfectly located in relation to the start of the Theth-Valbona hike. The staff was nice and the breakfast is quite good and with a decent variety of options. Nice garden where to chill pre or post hikes.

Nice room even though it was called budget double room, it was clean and comfortable (we've carried a travel fan with us, otherwise a fan in the room would be needed in the summer). Staff are friendly and helpful. Good location with nice garden and plenty of outdoor seating. Nice restaurant with very tasty food. Good breakfast. Great coffee.

An amazing location with beautiful views from the rooms and the terrace. Food was delicious and the hosts were wonderful. Rooms are simple but lovely and have everything you need. It is also in an ideal location for starting/finishing the Valbona pass hike.

Cold Springs is in a fantastic location at the top of Theth Valley, so it's the ideal location from which to explore the stunning mountains to the north of the valley. It is very clean, the food was excellent, and Rita is a wonderful host.

The location is very pretty. The hosts are friendly and kind even though they do not speak English. The food is very good and tasty, you can also ask for having dinner there for a cheap price. The room minimal but very clean.
