Wonderful hotel! All brand new (renovated), clean, spacious, luxury. Great room with a superb bathroom/shower and a beautiful view to the ocean. Drinks available at low prices. This is not just a hotel, but a place with a soul. The owner is an incredibly sincere person with a wonderful attitude, making you feel like a truly special guest. The atmosphere is unforgettable, and the service is top-notch. The restaurant offers exceptionally delicious cuisine! I would especially like to mention Goni and Joti – their service was a pleasant surprise; they create real comfort and set the perfect mood during dinner. Breakfast is also very tasty, and the waiter who served it was extremely friendly and attentive. The hotel is in a great location – just a 3-minute walk to the sea, with a supermarket nearby. Here you truly feel cared for and surrounded by a special atmosphere. It was a vacation that will stay in your heart.

The room was large and clean. We had a private balcony that over looked the pool. The breakfast was wonderful and fresh. Everyday we were offered something different and there was always some traditional food included. The staff were incredible. So friendly, so helpful and very kind.

We had an enjoyable stay, the hosts are very nice and helpful, the apartment is clean and has everything one needs (air conditioner, two Tvs, a kitchen, a private balcony etc). It also has a great location because it's only ten minutes away from the main beaches. We definitely recommend it!

My stay at Villa Nicolaos in Ksamil was wonderful! The location is perfect, just a short stroll to the beautiful beaches and local attractions. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. I highly recommend Villa Nicolaos for anyone visiting Ksamil. It's the ideal place to stay!

I really liked the hotel. The location is perfect, very close to the night life and beaches (10-15min)but far enough to have a good sleep. The hotel is very clean and looks very new. Breakfast was fine and we could chose from many different things. The seaview was not that kind of real seaview but You could get a look at the sea... there was a super restaurant just opposite the hotel which was delicous and very cheap. The staff is ok not really talkative but ok. The swimming pool is nice and clean.
