Fantastic hostel/hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was massive with plenty of storage space, a large and comfortable bed, a big TV and a great en-suite bathroom with a hot waterfall shower. The shared spaces are extensive too, though the kitchen itself would be a bit of a squeeze if the place was full. Arinsal itself is very small so nothing is more than 10 minutes walk away, even in ski boots, but KY was far enough away from the noisier bars in the very centre of town and sound proofed enough that we slept well (and I am a very sensitive sleeper!) Would definitely recommend!

Location brilliant, extremely comfortable beds, very nice restaurant upstairs.We could see from our room views of the Pyrenees, also from all the restaurants . Shopping was amazing. Staff were very helpful. Definitely 5*.

The room was exceptionally equipped, the staff and service were excellent, we would definitely recommend it warmly, The breakfast is very rich, at a high level. The rooms and all the facilities are very clean. We arrived at the hotel, a couple and a baby. The attitude of the staff and the service were excellent and exceptional Highly recommend this hotel

Perhaps the best location in Andorra for local amenities. The newly opened hotel has superb bedroom facilities with ultra modern finishes and although in the heart of Escaldes-Engordany the rooms are very quiet. Excellent breakfasts, very attentive staff and overall well worth visiting.
