The guests in the room with a balcony should be given first preference to use that balcony and/or should be exclusively to to the guests in that room

We all felt right-at-home and we had a great time together. The directions for dropping off keys were clear and seamless. This is the second time we have stayed in one of these homes with the same result. We will be back when possible.
