Would give this place a 12 if possible. The staff from second 1 were incredible. Warmth, kindness,hospitality…the list of boxes ticked is endless. The room was large and spacious and the views from the balcony were wonderful. We arrived during a heavy rain shower and within minutes hot beverages were ready for us whilst we waited for our room. We were also given restaurant suggestions and discount tokens of which we gratefully availed of. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Big shout out to Susie also for making check out pain free. Nikki and Susie were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They call it a home stay and it feels absolutely like that.

For people that like to stay a bit further out of the city will love this place,the appt was clean and exactly as advertised no surprises with kitchen washingmachine etc this is perfect for families! the check in with the hostess also went smoothly!! the swimming pool was huge and saw staff cleaning the pool multiple times very good maintenance.we rented a scooter to go in and out of the city and when we come back this is exactly the place we will book!

The location is great too—there’s a small lake behind the homestay and it’s just a short walk to the Imperial City, which made evening walks really nice. They also offer laundry service at a very reasonable price. There are plenty of convenient spots nearby like local shops, food places, and even a pharmacy. The host was so friendly and kind. Overall, it’s a lovely spot if you’re looking to unwind, slow down a bit, and enjoy some peace and quiet in Hue.
