The staff at memory homestay were very attentive. They helped us with many things including our laundry. They went above and beyond and hand washed our rain jackets after being covered in mud from a hike the previous day. Phuong who works at the front desk is the best, she made sure our stay was comfortable and gave us additional blankets to make sure we were not cold. All staff were amazing and if we’re ever in Phong Nha in the future we will be sure to come back to memory homestay

I hope to come back for more cave tours and to stay here again.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the family dinner each evening was truly a highlight—delicious food and great company. We loved it so much that we extended our stay by two nights!

The owners are just unbelievable, they came to bus station at 5am and gave us a extremely early check in for free. They organized our tour and bus to Hue (pick up front there). They are just the best and kind people I've meet this trip. Can't thank them enough for their hospitality and such a big heart. I felt like home away from home. Location and the room was great too.
