The proprietor, Huong, was wonderfully welcoming and an excellent host. We loved the room, the setting and the hospitality. Huong was very comfortable with Google Translate and was happy to accommodate us in any way. The place was spotless, the heater worked well and there was ample hot water for showers. The view over the valley was lovely. The setting would be even more delightful in warmer weather when the beautiful decks could be put to good use. It is a 20-25 minute walk into town (Sunday market).

We had an exceptional stay at a Sapa eco homestay. The staff were incredibly attentive, always ready to assist with anything we needed. They went above and beyond by providing extra bottles of water whenever required. The breathtaking views added to the overall experience, and we enjoyed a comfortable stay in the well-appointed room. Despite our sleeper bus arriving at midnight, the homestay staff ensured a smooth check-in process. Their assistance extended beyond, as they helped us book our bus to Hanoi and arranged a taxi seamlessly. Their dedication to guest satisfaction made our journey hassle-free. A solid 10/10 experience.
