This beachfront property offers access to a patio. Guests can make use of the sun terrace or the picnic area, or enjoy views of the sea and mountain. The apartment was great, with a fantastic sea view. At night you can just sit on the balcony and watch all of the lights of Nha Trang off to your right. The hosts were really, really helpful and, because we stayed for 7 days, we had a free room service. They were extremely communicative, and gave us clear and concise instructions to enable us to have a hassle free stay. Facilities wise the room was fine, and having a washing machine was a bonus. The rooftop infinity pool is a definite bonus. It’s not the largest of areas, so you have to choose your visit time carefully as it can get really busy, especially with families with children. We found that going early morning (before 1000) worked best for us. There is a small shop outside the front of the property that previous guests have recommended for basics like water, etc. However, if you come out the building and turn left, then left again at the end of the property (about 25-30 metres), there is a supermarket about 50m in front of you. A better and cheaper choice than the little shop at the front of the building. Failing that, if you turn right out of the building, and then right on the beach road, and walk for about 400m - 500m, then you will come to the Festival Supermarket. Quite large with a great choice of products at great prices. If you do decide to go there, then you really should try The Bakeboy bakery next door to the supermarket. Superb!

Free Wi-Fi access is available at all areas. What a grand appartement! A lot of space, there are all the things we need in a luxury appartement. All staffs are helpful, the food from restaurants are tasty. We love to book again if we come back to Nha Trang.

Parking on-site is available and the country house also offers bike hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. We had a lovely 2 nights stay at Sunrise Doc Let. We are travelling around Vietnam on a motorbike so found this homestay a great place to chill for a couple of days. The room was immaculate and very comfortable & the air conditioning worked a treat 👌 The owners and staff were great and really looked after us. We ate there both nights and the meals were great as were the breakfasts. It was only a short walk to a lovely beach ⛱️ Would highly recommend this lovely homestay and you will certainly receive a warm welcome 🤗 Thank you for a great couple of days ⭐️
