We got along very well with the homestay owners Lan and Jamie. They were fantastic hosts and all round great people. We spent the whole afternoon and evening chatting with them at the bar. The homestay doesn’t host any of the large Ha Giang loop tours so while you can hear the noise from nearby homestays you generally get to avoid the craziness. The room was chill and bed was comfiest yet, sheets were so soft! We loved it here so much we stayed an extra night. Jamie makes a great mojito and Lan makes the best coffee! Vegetarian family dinner was excellent and super tasty.

I arrived late because my bus was delayed, and I also had to leave very early the morning after, before breakfast time. Despite this, they saved some food for me for my late dinner and prepared breakfast earlier. The homestay was lovely, the sheets in the room smelled great, there were a bunch of pets..
