Excellent location in an area where tourists have not yet reached. There are many local establishments nearby. You can walk, but it's better to rent a scooter. We were offered two rooms to choose from: one with windows facing the street and the other facing the courtyard. We chose a room with windows facing the street - it's noisier here, but it's bright. The hotel is located on a busy street, so you can hear the cries of "ban mi" and children singing songs at school. The hotel itself is very pleasant, very clean and with wonderful staff. A huge TV and a big bed. All plumbing is new, and there is no mold anywhere.

Location is pretty good. Nice to be able to walk back from seeing the dragon show. No issues with noise on the river side on the 6th floor. Kitchenette was nice to have. Didn’t cook but did order food in. Lots of cafes and shops in the area. Staff were really nice. Washing machine was nice to have. No dryer but the clothes dried quickly if you are using AC. Used the hangers to hang up the clothes while drying. Would definitely book this place again.
