Super friendly people. Very comfortable rooms. The highlight is the atmosphere. Plus, they offer free bicycles, massage chairs, and a nice swimming pool. We were there at Christmas, and they prepared a special menu and live music.

There is a private entrance at the homestay for the convenience of those who stay. The rooms have a terrace with lake views and free WiFi. The propeety is quietly ticked away outside of Can Tho city but only a 15-min grab ride away. It is a lovely property with plants, ponds and lots of trees. Human did such a wonderful job in hosting, his mom is a good cook and we loved the vibe of the place. Our room was big and very clean. There are enough fans and mosquito nets around the beds so you don’t need to worry about mosquito bites. There is even mosquito repellent in the room and all amenities for tea and mineral water. Human suggested we go to a coffee place together when he found out I like coffee. We had a great chat and he shared many insights. We have absolutely loved our stay here for all the reasons above and I can’t recommend staying with Human enough. He is also very helpful when it comes to organizing tours (we felt sorry we didn’t go on the floating market tour with him!) or a driver. Think about bringing cash to pay Human when you stay. We had a lovely stay, thank you Human!

We were received and hosted by the owner, Martin, "the German in the Mekong Delta" and all his lovely dogs. He really makes an effort for you to have a great experience in what he calls 'his paradise'. You can experience the real rural Vietnam, in a location away from the main tourist areas. The food is great, and the table is set up in a way that promotes conversation with other guests, so you get a very nice family atmosphere. We took one of the bungalows, which was very spacious and the terrace was great.

Queenie House is situated in Can Tho, 1.4 km from Vincom Plaza Xuan Khanh, and provides free WiFi. After the overwhelming and fun experience in Saigon, this was such a peaceful setting to wake up to the morning birds' songs (and roosters). This place is a labor of love by Bosa, Phoenix and family. They will make you feel at home, with amazing home cooked meals, music and wonderful conversations. The hot inside shower was enjoyed by us, the parents, while the kids loved the outside experience. We also highly recommend Bosa’s tour to the floating markets and biking around the village. Bosa was very communicative right from the point we made the booking and ensured we were comfortable throughout our stay. We hope to return soon!
