Spending time with the family was great - all so friendly and smiling. The food that was cooked for us was delicious, and the took us out on an amazing boat ride on the family boat.

The host family are so friendly and accommodating. Picked us up in their boat at night which was awesome! And toured us around the lake to beautiful caves and waterfalls on the next day. Hands down some of the best meals I ate in Vietnam and therefore the world. Even though we could not communicate well due to the language barrier, the owner treated me with a lot of rice wine and even took me out fishing free of charge. I will definitly visit again when I am in the area.
