The host family are very kind and cook very yummy food. Very helpful to organise busses and tours and anything you could possibly need. The balcony is beautiful, lovely view of fields. Lake, mountains and lots of birds singing in the background.

The family is very attentive and kind. The meals are varied and delicious. We really enjoyed the guesthouse's view of the rice fields and Ba Be Lake, the authenticity (wooden house), and the calm. They helped us with transportation. We highly recommend this place!

A warm and cozy homestay on a great central spot at Ba Be Lake. They helped me with my luggage and put up a mosquito net for me. They care about their guests, they took great care and we had amazing conversations. I met the uncle of Mr Chung, a Vietnam veteran who I had great conversations with. I learned alot and have the deepest respect for. They now hold a warm place in my heart. They even dressed me in a real Vietnamese Officer outfit haha. Visit for an incredible time! - Mostly recommended! - easy access to Ba Be Lake tours, easy to find. A place to charge up your battery. Thank you Mr Chung. For everything! ❤️ Till we meet again.

It's a perfect location to discover ba be lake and the surroundings.

Hands down some of the best meals I ate in Vietnam and therefore the world. Even though we could not communicate well due to the language barrier, the owner treated me with a lot of rice wine and even took me out fishing free of charge. I will definitly visit again when I am in the area.
