The accommodation features a shuttle service, while a car rental service is also available. I had a great stay, I booked it for a 12 hour layover. Cory was great he picked me up at the airport and took me back at 1 am for me to catch my flight. As a solo female traveller it’s not easy but I felt very safe during my stay. The bed was so comfortable, the AC was lovely, the shower was great and wifi super fast. It was an amazing stay.

When I expressed my concern to the owner about getting around from a private home without the help of reception staff you get at a hotel, he assured me that we will be looked after. In this he involved his family and we were spoiled. We were here to watch the T20 world cup and these lovely people arranged our trip to the game and were there to pick us up after. The game finished after midnight and like many we were left stranded by the organisation. It was a chaos. They found us and brought us safely home at 2am in the night. The following days we went on trips and saw places on the island not many tourist will see. These people are in our hearts forever and we were sad to say goodbye. The accomodation had all the facilities, clean, short walk to a quick shop and taxis. Quiet, peaceful and we felt very safe.

Pick up from the airport was smooth, the room was very clean and decorative, all appliances worked well, the beds were king size and comfortable. Tunapuna had easy access to the bus route, UWI was five minutes away by transport and many food vendors, supermarkets and shops. He encouraged us to try the local doubles and to exercise. The area was quiet and people friendly. I would stay there again!! Keep u[p the good work at El Rincon.
