We recently stayed at Mayar Residence, and I was genuinely impressed by the experience. The absolute highlight for me was the spotless cleanliness. It’s clear that the staff takes great care in maintaining a high standard of hygiene. The location is great, with easy access to the metro and Forum Istanbul Mall. They also have underground parking, and we never had any issues finding a spot. The apartment was well-equipped, also having washing machine iron, dishwasher, microwave etc. One thing to note is that we were asked to leave a 200-euro deposit in cash, but it was returned without any problem at the end of our stay. Highly recommend!

The apartment is spacious and quiet, with the bonus of two bathrooms. The second bed isn’t very comfortable, but overall a good stay!

Easy to find and get into the apartment - just 6 min from İstiklal avenue and Taksim square. Really enjoyed location and apartment during our stay there - highly recommended! It is not too roomy, but absolutely not tight there! Modern design apartment: 1 double sofa bedroom with A/C + 1 single sofa bedroom with balcony and no A/C, spacious bathroom, laundry room with extra cot there. Fully equipped kitchen in the living room with A/C. Good WiFi speed and smart TV with possibility to set your personal YouTube account to enjoy it when you need to stretch your tired legs at home :)

Excellent location to all major attractions and restaurants everywhere within 10min walk. Ali and his father were delightful.
