My first room which was the Superior was okay. The King Suite with Pool View which was my second room was much better and worth paying more. The staff were helpful and welcoming especially Khouloud.

Even more beautiful than the pictures tell you. We had suite “electra” and we highly recommend that one. Amazing. And the staff was the bomb, especially the ladies from the housekeeping. Love them. Swimming pool was extraordinary. We could have stayed here forever.

It is true that the location is hard to find, especially after the Medina is closed in the evening. If you arrive late, be prepared that you might need to call a number via WhatsApp or arrange otherwise to check in. The hosts are very helpful. There was a problem with our room on the first night, but the hosts transferred us to another nice hotel and picked us up to check in the next day.
