She even gave me a contact to book a day tour and helped replace a few things in the apartment, like a kettle and a knife, right away. She was always polite, friendly, and made me feel very welcome. Overall, I had a really nice experience staying here. It’s clean, comfortable, and has such a warm, homey feeling. Highly recommend!
