Set a 3-minute walk from Lake Bled, Vila Alpina provides modern accommodations, decorated in alpine style, two spacious terraces with seating area, a shared living area with a flat-screen TV, and free private parking. Love how it is a short walk (up and down stairs though) to the Lake. I took a bus from Ljubljana and alighted at Bled Union, about a 10mins walk to the guesthouse. The room is clean and cozy. Family run guesthouse, everyone is so friendly and helpful, appreciated the hospitality and warmth! The breakfast that's included is soooo amazing! I look forward to it every morning. So wholesome!

Each accommodation unit offers an external private bathroom, located some 50 metres away ( luxury glamping houses have an internal bathroom). it was a beautiful location and we loved how green and earth friendly it was. loved our hot tub on our treehouse deck. breakfast was incredible!

I loved the location and the church bells, it was very soothing .

The 17th century Virgin Mary’s Church is located in the village centre. A grocery shop is 500 metres away. Tennis, basketball and football courts, as well as a wellness centre can all be found within 1 km. The entire area is suitable for hiking and cycling. What a wonderful surprise to discover Hisa Ales. From the moment we entered and were greeted with a friendly face and a brandy cordial, our stay just got better. A nicely appointed and quiet room was expected at the highly rated Hisa Ales. What enhanced our experience was the food and service we received. Our dinner was outstanding – very fresh ingredients presented with flair. To accompany our meal – regional sausages and vegetables - our server recommended some brilliant local craft beers, our favorite being No Bullshit Lager. Breakfast which was included in our stay was a perfect way to start our day – a lovely assortment of fresh foods and if you desired an omelet cooked for you. However, what made our stay special was the exceptional service we received. From checking in, to our wonderful server at dinner who had excellent recommendations and a fabulous sense of humour, and to the owner that ensures his guests leave satisfied, it’s a challenge to find better. A touch off the well travelled roads, it’s a diversion well worth your time.

Located in a peaceful spot surrounded by oak trees, Garni Pension Pibernik is a family-run bed and breakfast with free WiFi access. Lake Bled is 2 km from the property.

Set on a large lawn surrounded by a forest and above the Sava River, only 300 metres from the main road to Lake Bled, Garni Pension Pibernik is a great starting point for walking or cycling tours. Breakfast was great. It's quite a walk out of town but that just meant guaranteed peace.

The host is very friendly and organised. The mattress of the bed was really comfortable, the room was also super clean and well equipped.
