Anže was a fantastic host—so warm and welcoming. He shared the best local tips for hikes, activities, and restaurants, and even offered us fresh coffee in the morning and gin & tonics in the evening. Such kindness made the experience truly special. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape with thoughtful hospitality, Cabino is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

Rafting or kayaking and other adventures you can book to the locals with a small discount if you are coaming from the accommodation. All in all a very nice and pleasant stay

Some steep mountain road driving that def gave me sweaty palms. The only restaurant in the village isn’t good (food and service) and is pricey. Suggesting taking groceries from kobarid to the village. Very peaceful village and nice hikes close by.
