Perfect location, right by the lake which was perfect for fishing, a 20 minute walk from the centre of Rättvik and also close for Dalhalla which we also went to! And the home itself was beautiful, lovely and quiet and so cosy. Margetha is the best host we've had anywhere, she is so kind and there for anything you need. Super clean, modern and cozy accomodation in a beautiful enviroment. Well-equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, you can park front of the door. The owner is very kind and helpful. I highly recommend it.

In the outskirts of the city, middle in the forest, Internet connection from heaven. Super nice host Couple. The livingroom looks like something from a luxury villa. Easy take rself breakfast and delicious, Just a really excellent place and very good hosts. I totally recommend. The livingroom also had the biggest mirror I have ever seen, Just WOW. They only rent out two rooms making this a very intimate visit.

Lovely views of forest and snow covered grass garden. It is well equipped and spotlessly clean. The furniture is simple and comfortable. The owners live next door and spoke fluent english and were charming and helpful. Nearby there is a beautiful lake and some really nice old villages and hiking trails. We drove the 3 hours to the Norwegian border through some wonderful snow covered landscape and visited the skiing areas to soak up the winter atmosphere. I recommend this cottage if you want to enjoy the local hikes, lake and villages and also the nice small town of Mora.
