The newly built accommodation was sparkling clean with 5 private rooms , and a shared area with tables and chairs and a sofa . Very close to the heart of town with restaurants and supermarkets a short walk away . A sunny courtyard at the entrance was also much appreciated. We were guests for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Modern House , and the welcoming hosts .
