It was perfect for our needs! Accommodated my partner and I well. Rooms were very clean and the pool was awesome. Further, the owners were extremely helpful and cooperative with answering questions and making changes to our accommodations when we needed their help! Highly recommend staying here

A very comfortable space. The grounds are beautiful. Our hosts were so accommodating and responsive, always asking what we needed, and giving those thoughtful little touches that make your stay that much better. The fireplace was so nice in the evenings. Just a lovely place overall. We also liked that it was situated in the middle of the north coast of the island, so traveling to see things both east and west was easy.

Location is great it's in the center of the city and everything is in distance of a few minutes walking. Apartment also has all kitchen supplies. The owner was very helpful and fast to answer all our questions. The parking is really close and really cheap. Would recommend for anyone who wants to visit Sao Miguel.

I recently stayed at Colégio 86 and had a wonderful experience! The complimentary local foods were a nice touch and added to the overall experience. The apartment itself was clean and well-equipped for a long stay. The WiFi is really fast and communication with the host was incredibly hospitable and friendly, we also had a printed guide with recommendations for the best spots in Ponta Delgada.
