All was great, but the most greatest thing is staff. This is the first hotel where you can be driven to the city centre for free just because of unlimited kindness of personal, especially, Filipe! Furthermore, during our stay my brother had strong allergic reaction and we didn’t have a medicine for that. Despite the late time and celebration of Christmas, Filipe drove us to farmacy, helped us to find a medicine and drove us back to hotel. We will not forget such happiness and extremely recommend visit this hotel!

A very comfortable space. The grounds are beautiful. Our hosts were so accommodating and responsive, always asking what we needed, and giving those thoughtful little touches that make your stay that much better. The fireplace was so nice in the evenings. Just a lovely place overall. We also liked that it was situated in the middle of the north coast of the island, so traveling to see things both east and west was easy.

The place in itself is perfect. Right in the center, walking distance to everything. Paid parking 5 min, free parking 10 min away.

It is very well located, right in the center of Ponta Delgada. Everything was very clean, and we had all the facilities we needed. Our host, João, was very kind and helpful from the moment we booked until we left for home. Highly recommended!

The location was perfect : close to the city center and highways by car, quite central to visit the island, easy for parking on the street. The place itself is so charming!! It invites you to relax the minute you put your feet on the grounds. It’s been renovated with taste and yet had kept a certain aspect of its history. The staffs were all very nice, friendly and helpful. Thank you Rafaela, Victoria, Maria and Lina, we had a wonderful moment in the Azores! And what to say about the breakfast!! So delicious and diversified!
