It is located in a quiet area to relax and unwind but not too laid back to bore you to death. The place is enough to accommodate maximum comfort, provides safety but caters a tourist feel. He had a lovely time staying here and couldn’t find any fault of the place. Staff was very accommodating and lovely. The place is good location but I would recommend renting a bike to be able to get to the main area. The road to the accommodation is an off road so it does get muddy so bare that in mind. The only thing to mention is that when I booked I thought there was a kettle in the room and one of the mentioned facilities was a kitchen. Although you could get hot water to the water refill I’m not sure what access you had to the kitchen so that was unclear to me.

There are only three cabins so it's very quiet and peaceful. As a solo traveller, it was great to have my own cabin with a comfortable bed and an electric fan to keep me cool at night. There is a handy kitchen to prepare food and the free coffee and water was an added bonus. I rented a scooter from the hostel owner to explore the island which was great.

Upon arrival we were immediately greeted with kindness and excellent hospitality. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. While there is no air conditioning we slept very comfortably in the night with a fan on. Elvira and Alex were super helpful in giving us recommendations and allowing us to borrow their snorkel equipment to check out some cool spots. Elvira also offers a freshly cooked breakfast in the morning for 150₽ and we rented scooters from them as well for 300₽. Overall, Elvira’s Homestay is an incredible place to relax and enjoy the peaceful nature. We loved our stay and would highly recommend to others!!

Enjoyed my stay here. Jasmine was lovely and always available for my needs. Adrian was very well spoken in english which helped very much. Facilities were awesome, pool was always inviting. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Dauis, Bohol.
