The property features a well-maintained pool, and since our room was on the ground floor, it was incredibly convenient with direct access right outside our doorstep. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed—including cooking utensils and even waste separation bins for clean and efficient recycling. We especially enjoyed the small patio where we could relax and unwind. One of the best aspects of our stay was the peaceful atmosphere at night—something that’s not always easy to find in the Alona Beach area. The entire facility felt safe and welcoming, with a friendly security guard at the gate who also shared helpful local tips. The owners, Danny and Mae, were wonderful hosts. Danny personally greeted us upon arrival, which made us feel very welcomed. He was also very responsive and attentive to our messages during our stay, promptly answering any questions and addressing any concerns we had. Their hospitality truly made a difference. The location is also perfect—just a 5-minute walk to both Alona Beach and the main street, giving easy access to restaurants and shops while still being tucked away in a quieter area. Overall, this is an ideal place for couples and families looking for a clean, quiet, and budget-friendly stay near the beach. I’d give it a solid 10/10!

He had a lovely time staying here and couldn’t find any fault of the place. Staff was very accommodating and lovely. The place is good location but I would recommend renting a bike to be able to get to the main area. The road to the accommodation is an off road so it does get muddy so bare that in mind. The only thing to mention is that when I booked I thought there was a kettle in the room and one of the mentioned facilities was a kitchen. Although you could get hot water to the water refill I’m not sure what access you had to the kitchen so that was unclear to me.

Offering a garden and garden view, Elvira's Homestay is situated in Looc, 1.1 km from Momo Beach and 6.5 km from Hinagdanan Cave. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The homestay has family rooms. We had the most amazing stay at Elvira’s! Upon arrival we were immediately greeted with kindness and excellent hospitality. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. While there is no air conditioning we slept very comfortably in the night with a fan on. Elvira and Alex were super helpful in giving us recommendations and allowing us to borrow their snorkel equipment to check out some cool spots. Elvira also offers a freshly cooked breakfast in the morning for 150₽ and we rented scooters from them as well for 300₽. Overall, Elvira’s Homestay is an incredible place to relax and enjoy the peaceful nature. We loved our stay and would highly recommend to others!!
