Efleda is a highly friendly and guest focused host, very easy to contact and she will answer all your questions. The apartment is în very good shape, everything works very well and a morning coffee în the balcony is more than a good idea. The airport is 5 minutes by car and for backpackers or travelers on a lower budget there are also local transportation 10 minutes by car away (save savemore stop). There you will find also the closest bigger supermarket and atms and other budget friendly delights. Laundry and a Filipino restaurant are at the ground floor. Great location, amazing views, felt like you had your own private beach. The apartments had everything you could need. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the equipment you could want. The bedrooms were comfortable and large. Having a water cooler that was replenished daily was an amazing luxury that you don't realise you need when traveling. The staff were exceptional. Very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They went above and beyond. The owner was very flexible and accommodating when we couldn't leave the island due to the ferries being prohibited from sailing due to typhoon warnings.

The property is very nice for how rustic the moalboal town is . It’s away from the main road but not far at all . The hotel rented me a scooter which made driving into town enjoyable .
