From the moment we arrived, John and his family took exceptional care of us, making our honeymoon truly special. The bungalow itself is a charming, traditional structure with a fantastic terrace that offers stunning views of the ocean. Every morning, we woke up to breathtaking vistas and the soothing sounds of the sea, which made our stay incredibly relaxing. John's hospitality was outstanding. He ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. His mother was especially sweet, going above and beyond by giving us thoughtful gifts to celebrate our honeymoon. Overall, our experience at this bungalow was perfect. The combination of warm hospitality, beautiful accommodation, and the serene location made it a memorable trip. We are already looking forward to our next visit and hope to meet John and his family again in the future!

La Maison Du Voyage is a recently renovated holiday home in Tevaitoa, where guests can makes the most of its pool with a view, open-air bath and garden. We loved everything about our experience and stay with Isabella and Edward. They are wonderful hosts and their property is clean and in a fabulous location. You will need a car to travel to them. You should hire a car anyway to see the entire island, its gorgeous. We enjoyed conversing with the other guests during our stay and the breakfast of bread and fresh fruit was delightful. We highly recommend staying at La Maison Du Voyage and look forward to going back!

The rooms were excellent! The woodwork was amazing throughout the entire facility.

The houses are big enough and cute. Very nicely furnished and carefully laid out. By far the best stay in French Polynesia. We got more than we expected.

Access with the car is a bit difficult, you have to stop and carry your bags for 20-30 m , but Ralf was there to help for the first and the last day.. Overall , very positive!

Guests can make use of a garden. We arrived in the dark, and our host was so gracious, and came out to meet us at the street, because we were a little lost. This property far exceeded our expectations and was even better than the pictures. The host were so kind and assured that every need was met. The property is so beautifully designed. Guests have maximum privacy, but use of all the amenities. We had such a nice visit with our hosts and received great recommendations for things to see and great restaurants. I didn’t think places like this still existed. It is a slice of paradise!
