I could just spend hours sitting on the sand, taking in the ocean's beauty and sounds, and the amazing views of the surrouding mountains and coast - not mentioning the exceptionally cleary night skies. The property is made so that you directly live with the ocean, both from the room and the dining/living area, including a cute seashell and flower decoration in the rooms. Very calm except for the waves (lovely lulaby) and the ocean breeze makes it nicely refreshing (compared to elsewhere), and it is easy to be in your own private space outside. The location on the island is nicely clsoe (8 km) to the main town with shops, restaurants, gas stations, banks, harbor, aiport, etc. while still convenient to explore the south side of Huahine. The owner Flora is feisty and incredibly sweet and generous, ans she is a star when it comes to caring for her guests, doing what she can to help and make their stay special. Scooter or car rental across the street. Overall my 5-night stay there were very resourceful and I was pleasantly surprised.

Claude met us at the airport and took us to the house. He was very friendly and helpful. The best part was a car came with the property. The property is about 10 minutes from town but since you have a car the distance did not matter. I highly recommend the property.

Wonderful, comfortable, clean house with delightful hosts who were always available for anything we needed but at the same time gave us our privacy. The location is excellent, the beach just a few minutes walk and the town of Fare also a short walk away. It was also nice to have Netflix so we could watch the occasional movie. Highly recommend.

Located in Fare, Le spot offers accommodation with air conditioning and access to a garden. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The homestay features family rooms. The bungalow was spacious, clean, modern, nicely appointed, and next to the ocean. It had a comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, and ceiling fans throughout. Also an outdoor shaded seating area with table and chairs, lovely. Nathalie was always available to answer questions and to help out. The loaner bikes were very kind, though really a car or motorbike is ideal for getting into Fare and around the island. We loved being so close to the water even if swimming is not really feasible — the reef is close here and the lagoon shallow. The beach is gorgeous anytime but especially for sunsets, and we even saw whales one evening. Altogether a delightful place and a wonderfully memorable stay! One thing to consider when booking is that you will reserve a specific bungalow — there are three, all different. So a review for one bungalow doesn’t reflect the reality of every bungalow, they all have different advantages. Great value for the price!!
