We really felt welcome and looked after like special guests. They own a basic but lovely log cabin with a pool on their property. We stayed there one night before doing our 3 days trip into the Amazon and it was perfect. They did provide local breakfast as part of the room fees and a lovely dinner at a reasonable price.

Nicolas is absolutely wonderful, very kind, very friendly and very respectful. He can organise daily tours, they were excellent. The tours were with small groups (less than 8 pax). Nicolas cooked very tasty meals. The property is located away from town, which means you have lovely nature around you, but Nicolas was very helpful in driving us to places we needed. The bungalows had a balcony, wifi and hot showers. The two dogs that live there are truly beautiful, we miss their cuddles already. Nicolas helped us find birds and a sloth nearby. There are squirrel monkeys nearby. The property is located near other resorts if you need a pool or river access. We enjoyed this property for its local community and wildlife, its excellent value for a small business. My only recommendation would be to have a tea/coffee making facilities available all day, and a large shower mat to catch excess water.

The family who run the place is so sweet and we really felt like they cared about us there. The guest house is perfect, well protected from mosquitos and nice having our own little kitchenette too! Be prepared for lack of shops and restaurants in this area but it’s an incredible experience as you really feel like you’re in the wilderness of the jungle. Short taxi ride to the city anyway so not too far from civilisation. Such a brilliant stay would definitely come back! The juice that they give you at breakfast too is the most incredible thing in the world - my boyfriend says it’s the best he’s ever had 😍

The room was clean and spacious, the garden had a pool and hammocks for relaxing. Raul and his mother were very friendly and helpful, Raul offered a cheap taxi service and a city tour on the first day. They also offered me homegrown fruit and explained a lot about the local fauna and flora. Would definitely recommend and will come back for sure!
