Location is convenient being close to the airport and the Salalah Gardens mall and not too far from the city centre. The rooms are full apartments with bathroom, living room and kitchen which included a washing machine. Although some of the kitchenware may have seen better days, it is perfectly adequate and for the price (note: I was there in the low season) offers fantastic value. AC and shower worked well. Breakfast is included and is served in the apartments at a time of your choosing. The apartment was quiet. The manager, Anwar, was extremely accommodating, polite, professional and very helpful. I would definitely return the next time I visited Salalah.

The compound where the villa is located is super romantic place with plenty of palm trees. The villa is next to the private beach entry. The villa itself is a work of art: En suite bedroom with access to the pool. You also have an access from the living room. And you can hear the waves by night which was amazing for us. You can have slow evenings by the pool on the patio, it s perfect for couples or family because everything is easily accessible. The kitchen was very well equipped, including dishes and pans, anything you ll need if you Want to cook. But if you don't, you still have many restaurants around by walk where you can enjoy different types of cuisine. The owner was super friendly and accommodating. He even gave us access earlier than expected as we had an early morning landing. This was our first time in Oman and honestly, this villa made our trip amazing because of its cleanliness, comfort and very high standing. We Wil be back im September inshalah to enjoy the end of Kharif

This villa has 1 bedroom, a kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, a flat-screen TV, a seating area and 2 bathrooms fitted with a bidet. Guests can take in the views of the lake from the terrace, which also has outdoor furniture. This villa is allergy-free and non-smoking. The flat was impeccably clean, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The location was wonderful, beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. I would not hesitate to stay here again as it has set the bar for us in Salalah. Sabrina was easy to communicate with and very helpful.
