It is one of the closest accommodation options from the Interisland Ferry Terminal, just 2 km away. I like that they provide very decent shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Towels are plenty and there is a heat towel rack, a total luxury during cold, windy Wellington days. Their housekeeping standard is obviously very high, they make the bed even help washes the mugs and glasses.

Each cottage and villa includes a fireplace, open-plan living spaces and a fully equipped kitchen. Satellite TV is provided. The large bathrooms have under-floor heating, walk-in shower and large spa bath. We loved the pool and hot tub! Very tidy place and private, too. The continental breakfast was impressive and tasty, with no single use plastics! We were very pleased with this place overall.

Bookshelf popular with whole family- Georgette Heyer, Alistair MacLean and Roald Dahl. Gardens look to be the work of decades. Cuddly but calm dog neighbors were added bonus. Gorge is gorgeous.
