It was perfect for our few days in New Zealand. We had a fridge stocked with fruit juice, chocolate and milk. A beautiful fruit bowl and Muesli and weetbix for breakfast which was a nice surprise. The views were beautiful. We had a lovely time. Thank you.

The location for us was just perfect. The bed, the aircon, bathroom, and amenities! Right on the harbour front near to the ferries. Only a 5 min walk to our favourite restaurant Oyster & Chop in the viaduct harbour and the rest of the CBD. The large corner terrace was incredible. Huge in size and perfect for each end of the day!

We got to the location very late, 11:15 pm. The owner/operator was ready to meet us, helped us out as needed, answered all our questions and did not rush us through. He was great.

The helpfulness and friendliness of Mark and Jean. If we needed any extra equipment of advise these were provided straight away. Nothing was too much bother. The apartment block was always very quiet.
