Thanks to Thomas and Silvia. It’s cozy and warm, with renovated bathroom and kitchen with kitchen supplies. Provided with everything you could need. Dishwasher, washing machine, beautiful bedroom upstairs and sitting and dining area. Welcome board with a personalized message at the entrance, and a book where guests can write down their experience. The owners are amazing. Thank you so much, we loved it!

This was the nicest place we stayed in Norway. A tranquil stay with a wonderful host. Leif is very helpful and we had a very ni e time in the wood fired sauna. I would recommend making a plan to visit here!

Instructions were communicated clearly. It immediately felt like home.

The view from the windows is spectacular. You can see the aurora from inside the house . The living room and the kitchen is the best part of the house.

My partner and I stayed for 2 nights in February and we could not have asked for a more tranquil and picturesque village. The apartment was super warm, cozy, and dry despite the wet, cold weather, and the rooms were made up beautifully. The place is incredibly large and spacious with all the linens and toiletries we needed. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans for cooking and the large table was the perfect space to eat dinner while looking out on the sea. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was great, and everything was very clean. We definitely look forward to coming back again!

A beautiful, practical cabin, in which the space has been very well utilised. It is well equipped, and has all the facilities most will need. The heated floors in the hallway were nice. Really lovely bathroom. The view and the surroundings are beautiful, and we really appreciated how private and secluded it was - on our second morning we woke up to the sight several moose chewing on branches not far from the cabin. The hosts are very friendly, and they were quick to answer. All in all, we had a great stay, and feel very comfortable recommending it to others.

The host was very generous with food left for our use and also allowed us flexible check in. Superb place!

It's close to the touristic road, there are some nice hikes around, and the food shop is just nearby (reachable by foot). The view is really nice as well, it is a pleasure having breakfast while looking at the fjord. Easy parking. The apartment itself is very neat with all you could need for a perfect stay over a few days or a week. I think it's excellent value!

As a frequent travelling family we have seen so many hotels - and while Norway hotels in general has more genuine hotels with friedly staff and individual settings - this stay indeed stood out from what we saw in Norway .. and potentialy even among our last international journeys. It's the setting on an island: after a short boat ride you come to a calm and peaceful place aside from all the roads and villages - just nature with plenty of walking space on the island. Busy travel immediately stops for you to breathe and enjoy time that seems to slow down immediately. It's the warm welcome and friendly hosts (2 sisters running the place), keeping and maintaining the magic of the heritage buildings and interior. No phones, room-TV or reception desks - but creaking wooden floors and doors, interior design kept and held with dedication and rural views through each window, with the local sheeps and other animals. Remember the times you visited remote family or stayed with first friends at their parents place, being made comfortable and looked after with attention? It's more like that and feels furthest away possible from being at a commerical venue. Sure, for people ticking boxes: theres shared bathroom, no hotel staff employees and no grocery next door to pick a quick cheap sandwich. Well, all this adds to the place and the meal served personally by the host just for you after hiking is just brilliant - neither meal nor wine was overpriced, hence don't worry at all you might miss having 10 other restaurants next door. We've been heartbroke that we had to leave per plan to proceed our route and - till today - we keep thinking back to the days we had there as a happy family, finding what we hoped for coming to Norway.

This was one of our most unique stays in whole Norway. Loved the personal attention of Tommy and the whole Norwegian authentic house feeling! In the middle of nature next to a waterfall and river we had magical evenings. There is the grill gazebo in the garden which we used a lot for grilling meat and koselig fireplace. The house is big and everything is inside what you need. Also met Tommy and his family which was great! Highly recommended to visit here. We had 3 nights, but we had regret not to booked more days here! Thanks Tommy and maybe see each other again!
