A beautiful converted dairy in a small village , next to a working windmill, what’s not to like ,😀 there is a pub/restaurant and a small take a way food shop. There is also a world class equestrian site . We opted to have breakfast there wasn’t a choice but we had fresh fruit with yogurt ,bolied egg with a section of cheese and meat and assorted bread and pastries all served with a choice of tea or coffees . The B&B de oude melkfabriek were extremely accommodating as we made a short notice booking with them as the B n B we had previously booked which was on our tour route unfortunately became flooded and they had to cancel our stay . This B&B is also a short drive or a long walk to Achel Monastery where there is a shop and restaurant. Although you will find a lot of places are closed on a Monday .

She always prepared the breakfast freshly, coffee, tea, we also received delicious home-baked fruit bread, which was very tasty, crumbly and soft. For my birthday, I received a very delicious Spanish red wine and the nicest surprise was that it came with a nice greeting card written in Hungarian. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. See you again soon! Thank you very much for everything, we had an unforgettable experience!
