It was absolutely amazing. The host family is the sweetest and make you feel extremely comfortable the moment you step in. The accommodation is extremely clean and well organized and there is everything you need for relaxing, cooking and a good nights sleep. It is fore sure one of the best places we stayed in our 5 months in Central America. Highly recommend!

They have a beautiful small pool perfect for the hottest hours of the day. Very tasty breakfast. 15 minutes walk from the center, they also have free bikes.

The house is huge, the neighborhood is very nice, kids out and playing until late, and it is a 20 minute walk to the main square of Leon. (There's also a c$6 bus that stops outside the front door, and taxis are about c$50). You get a look into parts of the town that are not the center. Breakfast was excellent and varied, and the Wi-Fi clocked in at 50Mbps so easily fast enough for Zoom calls and the like. If you have an oversized vehicle, there is a secured lot around the corner (in front of the basketball court) that charges c$30/day. The on-site garage will handle regular vehicles.

Location was great right on the beach. Had to walk up the beach a bit for easier waves but waves right outside the door for more advanced surfers. Made to feel right at home. Very chilled couple who when you first get there tell you to treat it like your home. And they make you feel it too. Great location away from the main town but only a five minute walk along the beach into town. Great facilities and very clean. Worth the visit and can't wait to go back.

Despite our short stay, daily cleaning and thoughtful touches like changing sheets and providing extra toilet paper made it special. The owners, despite the language barrier, were the real stars—sweet and kind. Grateful for this find, highly recommended
