Unfortunately, I don't and had to use Google Translate :) Even with this the couple that owns the place were doing their best to accommodate my curiosity and attempts to communicate. We were welcomed with some iced lemonade and in hot humid weather it was like a blessing! Breakfast was veeeery delicious and had traditional cuisine notes. Judy & Danny are the loveliest hosts and made our stay even more perfect. Even though we arrived hours before check-in time and - as we found out later - interrupted Danny´s birthday lunch, he immediately came to help with car parking and showed us around. Do take the time to have a beer with Judy & Danny, they have good food recommendations and know Merida and Yucatan very well. So really it felt like staying with family rather than in a hotel. Very very clean in every corner of the room and hotel, and as Judy is an interior designer, she has thought of everything (e.g. a separate towel to remove makeup!). Breakfast was super delicious, too. We loved every aspect of our stay and warmly recommend Casona 66, it has really earned its perfect score!
