The apartment itself was clean, modern, well equipped. Building hallways are well lit, elevator is modern, apartment is quiet and feels comfortable and secure. Building staff were friendly, responsive and helpful. Excellent accomodation!

I would definitely choose this stay again whenever I am in Nice! Also liked the the door were all code related so no need to carry around keycards or worry about losing them.

I liked this property for several reasons: - it was very spacious - it was very clean inside - I walked quite a bit to the Casino and Hotel de Ville, and to the exotic garden, the princely palace and others, I took the bus very easy - it doesn’t have its own parking lot, but it is quite close to the underground parking lot at the gara sncf, which allowed us to leave the car there for 3 days - it had air conditioning, washing machine and clothes dryer, so we could do our laundry - the host was nice and left us 2 bottles of water in the fridge, micellar water, napkins and others in the bathroom, coffee capsules in the kitchen...

Breakfast condiments along with tea and coffee provided, microwave, kettle and hob was really useful to us also. We had brought our own washing pods however they had been provided too! We were nervous about the parking situation however we had nothing to worry about! Parking garage is a lot bigger than some others we’ve visited and the parking space was a good size.
