The hospitality shown by the family went above and beyond. The hot water showers and cleanliness of the rooms showed a high level of care. Breakfasts were delicious and the view is unparalleled.

A wonderful address ! Hosts are so kind and do all they can to make your stay memorable. The room with a view on the jungle is very comfortable, even provided with a fridge full of soft drinks and water for free. The breakfast is exceptional. One of the very best place we have stayed in Sri Lanka. I recommend it!!

It is very quiet and very peaceful. There is only one room (where we stayed) in the house so you get a real nice home stay experience. The breakfast was the best we have had in Sri Lanka so far, very tasty and a very big portion that we enjoyed in the balcony every morning. Everything is run by the family and they are very nice and helpful. We got tips of where to go and the hosts also connected us with a tuktuk driver that took us around to the places further away that we wanted to visit. They can also help sort out scooters if preferred. We also got tips where to do laundry which was a very solid recommendation.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at! The views were absolutely incredible. It is in a nice quiet location about a 5 minute walk from the Main Street. We spent our mornings relaxing on our balcony overlooking the mountains and spotting the different birds in the area ! The breakfast was also outstanding. There are games in the room which are useful for rainy days. The host and hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helped us plan activities & arranged any rides that we needed. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer !

The location is not far from the downtown area but far enough to have a relaxing stay. You can easily walk to small Adams Peak and the 9 arch bridge from there. The host was a wonderful gentleman who made sure my stay was an excellent one and provided me with useful information during my stay. He even arranged my transfer to Trincomalee which I appreciated. The room itself was very comfortable with a fan that kept the room at a nice temperature as the nights are cool.Nice bed and good hot water pressure.
