A brilliant apartment situated in a great location with wonderful views over the city. There are many restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance of this apartment, and it’s only a short tuk tuk ride to the beach area, shopping centres and the wonderful Colombo markets. Check in was an easy process with the on-site office. And Sanath who runs the 24 hour security of the building is just outstanding nothing was to much trouble for him, thank you Sanath. I would also like to say a special thank you to Jawfer the property manager and his team who we’re a pleasure to deal with, Jawfer went out of his way to give us so much information about the areas around Colombo. Thank you Jawfer, Five Stars to you and your team. .

She gave me a wonderful list of places to visit in Colombo. Ended my journey at Barefoot gallery/cafe. Highly recommend. Read a review about the blinds and there wasn’t an issue.

She makes traditional local breakfasts, you should definitely opt for. Their house is in a quiet street, which is something to say in Colombo. I had a clean and pleasent room with a king-sized bed. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend this accomodation.

Spectacular apartment with luxurious modern elements throughout. Very comfortable bed and beautifully designed bathroom and walk-in closet. The open plan living/dining/kitchen was extremely spacious and had beautiful ocean views from the balcony! We would love to stay again, especially for a longer period. Check-in is with onsite staff at The Fab bakery, very conveniently located downstairs. Entrance is through a back gate manned by a security guard and up an elevator so it's important to make a note of those instructions if you're coming and going when the bakery is closed.

Super impressive building with many places to hang out. Very cozy vibe with all the interesting furniture. Great views. Nice people and definitely try the delicious meals they prepare.

Beautiful, modern and impeccable property, centrally located. The house is tastefully decorated and well maintained. Walking distance to Havelock City Mall. Hiranthi was a great host and gave us tips on places to eat and visit. The housekeeper Shama was very helpful and always kept the place clean. She made excellent breakfast and served it on time. We are so glad we found this Gem and would definitely return.
