Good size room with screened in porch on the back. Good natural light (I had a room on the second floor). Clean and plenty of furniture and places to put your things. Older furnishings which still function, but mattress seemed "tired" and in need of replacing. Fan in room a big plus! With screens on windows and back porch, in mid-November, I didn't need to use the air conditioner (although there was one). Beautiful garden. Some people seem to live there longer term.
