He carefully explained how to use the appliances in the hanok, and even ensured we got on the right taxi as we were leaving. Highly recommend if you want a modern, yet cozy and relaxing hanok experience!

Location was stellar - it's right within the Hanok Village and everything we wanted to see was within easy walking distance. There's plenty to explore, see, and eat within a few minutes of wandering. The bus stop to/from Jeonju Station is within a few minutes of walking as well. Our room was clean and comfortable. The courtyard is really cute, with a variety of flowers and plants that made me smile whenever entering or exiting. There's even a little "self corner" where you can make tea, coffee, or toast bread with jam that the host has available whenever. (There's a "Korean tea," as it was described during check in - it's a Solomon's seal tea that we liked so much, we made some every night and plan to buy.) The host and his wife are extremely friendly! Upon check-in, we were sat down with a map and shown where we were staying, along with an introduction to the key areas to visit or eat at, as well as rough distance. In the morning, I was sketching in the courtyard while waiting for my friend to wake up and they started chatting with me. All the wood signs were made by the host himself! Every room has a beautiful handmade wood carving by him.

Hot water works great. Water pressure is great. Internet is great. All good! The friendly owner even surprised us in the mornings with a light snack to start the day.

It is well kept with the traditional hanok architecture. It provides a quiet relief from the hustle and bustle of the Hanok Village. Its location is also right behind the entrance to the hill to Omokdae which provides a great view to the city of Jeonju on the top of it.
One of the few places in Korea with almost propper bedding, like a duvet cover, which makes sleeping really comfortable. Clean, quiet and compact room..Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast area with good coffee. Hanock village within walking distance. Ps: Don't miss the cool semi-secret cocktail bar 100m away on the same street.
The location is in the stretch from Hanok Village in walking distance. The facilitt is very new, so clean and cozy. The high ceiling makes the room premium. Bedding was good quality. Really good value. Parking spot underground hotel may not be enough. However, hotel guest still can use the parking lot of bank right next to it. It is very spacious.
Easy access, close to shopping area and to the hanok village. Great and kind staff
The hosts were so lovely and welcoming, they provided me with a map of all the recommendations in the local area. The hosts also made breakfast every morning I stayed for 2 nights. The location was wonderful right in the heart of the Hanok Village so everything was within walking distance. 여기 머무는 게 너무 좋았어요, 감사합니다 😊
The location is great, in the heart of the hanok village but not on a crowded street. This is an original hanok building and the experience of staying there was fantastic. I liked having breakfast outdoors in the internal courtyard, but you can also eat it in your room. Even though the staff didn't speak English there were no problems and they were available to call me a taxi on the morning of my departure.
Perfect spot to explore the Jeonju Hanok Village! Very cozy and the couple is super helpful. Definitely worth a visit.
First of all it’s a beauty of a house, a true traditional stay in the heart of the village. The breakfast was simple and yet fresh. With an interesting rice and black sesame pudding. But overall this, the hospitality and caring of the owner was what surprised us the most. The last day was raining and she saw me walk away to the train station, she kindly gave me her umbrella to take with me. Thank you so much
What a wonderful place in the middle of the hook village! The owner is really sweet. She welcomed me with the welcome drink and gave me a bag of snacks when I left. I’d love to go back to Jeonju and stay there again.
This was the perfect place to stay for one night in Jeonju. The location was ideal - inside the Hanok village, but a block or two away from the Main Street. Our host was so nice and was waiting on us upon arrival. Rooms were clean, AC unit worked well, and the location cannot be beat. Bathrooms are typical - small, with a shower head near the toilet. The most beautiful cafe was just a few doors down!
