It was exceptionally well made. Even though it was a hut, it had excellent lighting and plenty of sockets for charging. They had rooms as well. The common areas were cozy and spacious, but I spent the evening on the balcony of my cozy hut overlooking a peaceful garden. WiFi was excellent and worked everywhere. I really liked having access to a kitchen, kettle and fridge. There's free coffee and tea as well. Minivans in both directions are passing along the main road just 1 min walk away and will drop and pick you up from there.

I kept extending. It has nice facilities when comparing the standard of Cambodia with this price. Wifi doesn’t have any problem. You can use bike freely. They have a water dispenser. AC works fine. They have hot water on the shower.

Really lovely owner who was super helpful booking my onward journey to phu quoc. The property was really quiet at night but well lit so you could find your way to your bungalow. Hot shower with good water pressure. Breakfast was great (with proper butter!) and strong coffee. The pool area was great and very spacious. Thanks for having me!

Based on my trip, KEP (and the Guesthouse) has some of the best food in Cambodia hands down. Nice restaurant with a reasonably sized menu and very good portions. Staff are helpful and the properties have everything you'd need (hot water and the lot). Bicycles are free, and motorbikes are good. Can't complain

The room was of good size with tea/coffee making facilities, hairbrush, toothbrushes and toothpaste, and an aircon. The staff was nice abd helpful, the place was quiet.
