But here is the absolute highlight: On our departure day, we realized we forgot crucial documents in our room when we were already on the way to the airport at 1:30 AM. Our flight was at 4:20 AM. In a panic, we contacted the owners. Instead of just arranging a taxi, Jane and Bernard personally drove to the airport at 2 AM to hand over our documents safe and sound. They genuinely saved our flight! This level of care, dedication, and sincere kindness goes far beyond standard business practice. In all my extensive travel experience, this was the single most incredible example of hospitality I have ever encountered. We are endlessly grateful for their humanity.
