In a panic, we contacted the owners. Instead of just arranging a taxi, Jane and Bernard personally drove to the airport at 2 AM to hand over our documents safe and sound. They genuinely saved our flight! This level of care, dedication, and sincere kindness goes far beyond standard business practice. In all my extensive travel experience, this was the single most incredible example of hospitality I have ever encountered. We are endlessly grateful for their humanity.
