A recently renovated homestay in Malindi, WHITE Nyumba Malindi offers sun terrace, private parking and sports facilities. On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the homestay's outdoor fireplace or simply kick back and relax. It was clean and specious. We loved the pool and the veranda!

At the villa complex, every unit is equipped with bed linen and towels. We had an amazing stay at this apartment. Even though we arrived very late, someone was there to welcome us, hand us the keys, and explain everything clearly. Every morning a lovely lady prepared fresh breakfast for us, and the place was always clean and comfortable. The pool is fantastic, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. The beach is just a 10–15 minute walk, and the nearest supermarket is about 7 minutes away. The staff were incredibly kind. If you’re staying in Watamu and want to relax and enjoy your time, this is a place I can recommend. Absolutely worth it!

We loved staying in the tent hut, showering under the trees and cooking and eating outside. The setting is so beautiful, surrounded by nature, and the beach and the sea are incredible. Truly magical place to stay.

We booked a week at the Rafiki Jua in Watamu, precisely the Rafiki Jua is located inside the Rafiki Tamu, a brand new residence consisting of several apartments (The structure looks like in the photos). Rafiki Tamu is a modern and new structure located exactly halfway between Watamu center and the beautiful beach of Sardinia 2. Our apartment was on the ground floor, overlooking the pool, consisting of dining room with kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. All nicely decorated with a fantastic African style. Inside the structure the entire staff is super helpful, consisting of receptionists, security, cleaning and laundry service (included in the price), masseuses at a very competitive price, chef (available to prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners). For those who do not want to experience a village I highly recommend Rafiki.
