The room is spacious which is sufficient to open all of our luggages. The owner Mariko-san is very friendly as she took good care of us. She drove us to the bridge and prepared different types of breakfast for 2 days. She also gave us souvenirs which made by herself. We felt like home throughout our stay.

This was a lovely place, they were waiting for us with a map and a lot of information of the city, the room was big, a lot of space to save stuff. The breakfast were incredible and free! i really loved it , and even when we returned in the night they have some fruits and miso for us they were really kind and a lovely persons, I felt like home.

The property is non-smoking and is situated 2.9 km from Nikko Toshogu Shrine. the structure was perfect. very close to the train station (3 min walk) small but comfortable. the owners were welcoming and helpful, helping us understand the best itinerary for our trip and also offering us a rich and typical breakfast of traditional Japanese cuisine. the room was clean, tidy, comfortable and welcoming. we slept on a comfortable and soft futon. despite the low temperatures the room was warm and the view of the mountains beautiful.
