Amazing bath and small kitchen. All with the cutting edge Japanese technology. The balcony is a bonus. Very spacious in Osaka standard. Good neighbourhood with plenty lovely restaurants nearby. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly.

It was a 10 mins walk from the nearest station so, if you bring big luggages, it will be a hassle. The customer service was good. Check-in process went smoothly with easy instructions. Might come here again if I got the chance to visit Osaka once again.

Exceptional apartment, spacious, airy, beautiful, with all amenities one could think of. Location is superb. Despite being in the very city center it was very quiet at the apartment. Beds were so comfortable, and the lounge was so great to spend evenings with family playing board games and talking about the wonderful trip. Washing machine was ready (along with detergent) and we could dry our clothes outside on the balcony. The bathroom, kitchen and WC were amazing as well. Staff was incredible, the manager even assured a baby bed for us.

We arrived well before check-in, but they allowed us to store our baggage in the room until we could.

It's easy access pretty much the popular spots in Osaka as well as establishments you need for essentials like convenience stores, supermarkets, a Donki, and even hole-in-the-wall restaurants.. And having Shinsekai just a few steps away is good, too. And the view of the Tsutenkaku Tower was pretty. We also liked the seamless process of checking in and out but when you need anything—like we did when we had to forward our luggage to our next hotel—the staff at the office was super helpful. The wonderful lady who assisted us was kind, nice, and affable and just exuded a good energy. She was keen to help. Sadly I didn't get her name but she was incredible. The rest of the staff was nice, too.

The location is walking distance to many attractions and facilities, such as shopping areas, restaurants, stations and so on. The rooms were also very clean and had convenient utilities such as a washer and utensils. The balcony view was lovely at all hours of the day too! The coin lockers in the lobby/entrance area were very helpful too in handling my party’s luggages after check out. Also, even though there was no staff present, the check in/check out processes were easy to manage. Overall, a really nice location to stay at :)

Super friendly and very helpfull staff, rooms are super clean and the washing machine and drying facilities were great (especially as we were travelling with two young children) and the place is a few minutes walking distance from Tsuruhashi station, which is an easy gateway to places in and away from Osaka. Furthermore some great restaurants nearby (on the way to the station). Special thanks for the staff for their help during our stay! Would really recommend this place!
