Beds were so comfortable, and the lounge was so great to spend evenings with family playing board games and talking about the wonderful trip. Washing machine was ready (along with detergent) and we could dry our clothes outside on the balcony. The bathroom, kitchen and WC were amazing as well. Staff was incredible, the manager even assured a baby bed for us.

The hotel is close to Shin Sekai, which has many places to eat (we could even see Tsutenkaku Tower from our window). Metro and train stations were 5-10 minutes away, making it easy to get around. * Modern hotel. It was a self-checkin/checkout hotel, with little interaction with hotel staff. They received our luggage from the previous hotel and left it in our apartment with our permission. The apartment was well-prepared and up to the standards of current travelers.

Clean and comfortable room, largest we stayed in during our time in Japan. No staff on site but there are some lockers in the reception area you can use to store your luggage. A quiet spot but a short walk to multiple different train stations/lines as well as Shinsekai and Ebisu.

The presence of the elevator was also very much appreciated because of the luggage I was carrying. I had a room on the top floor, so the morning and evening views were quite lovely.
