My stand alone cabin was spacious, with futon upstairs and kitchenette, bathroom, dining space downstairs. There was a small incident re damage to my rental car by another guest which required police involvement for insurance purposes. I was very thankful that the manager noticed what was happening and came and assisted. He very kindly spoke to the rental agency and the police on my behalf. Which I found very relieving because the language barrier can be really challenging especially in stressful situations. Thank you very much!

The decor from the wallpapers to the tiles, and from the design of the onsen to the gardens are impeccable. The meals were also excellent.
